Dean is a speaker/educator who specializes in communication-related training. He focuses on helping today’s business professionals improve their written and oral communication in order to enhance their confidence and credibility.

Dean has the unique ability to bring humor and excitement to what most consider very dry topics. For more than ten years, Dean has provided grammar, writing, public speaking, and one-on-one communication skill training to a large number of organizations throughout the United States and Canada.

Dean and Kathy, his wife of 34 years, reside near Lewisberry, Pennsylvania. They have three children: Glenn, Joshua, and Amanda.
